Agreed first, then built.
A turnkey project runs in two halves. Nothing is built until you have seen it and approved it, and once work starts, the site is ours to manage.
Before work starts
Every room is drawn in 2D and shown in realistic 3D. Each material is specified, and the final amount is confirmed with you before execution begins.
While we build
Our team handles the labour, the suppliers and the day-to-day running of the site, so you get what you approved, at the price you agreed.
